(といっても、あまりたいした事ないように感じますよね・・・？
実は、カリフォルニア州って日本と同じくらいのサイズなんです！北カリフォルニアにあるサンフランシスコから、南カリフォルニアにあるロサンゼルスまで、車で時速100kmオーバー且つ渋滞がなかったとしても6時間以上かかるんです！)

| Central California is a wine country and there are many wineries there. Central California is not only known for wine, but also there are some beautiful beaches and hot springs too. And.. and.. one more thing you shouldn’t forget, Firestone Walker brewery! We visited Firestone Walker brewery during our trip and we would like to show you the brewery this time! |
セントラル・カリフォルニアはワインが有名で、ワイナリーが多い地域です。 また、ワインだけでなく、美しいビーチや温泉などもあります。 そしてそして、セントラル・カリフォルニアで忘れてはいけないのがファイヤーストーン・ウォーカー・ブリューリー！今回の旅行では、勿論ファイヤーストーン・ウォーカーにも行ってきましたよ！ということで、今回はその報告をしたいと思います！ |
| Firestone Walker Brewing Co. is one of the most popular microbreweries in America. The brewery is located in Paso Robles, which is small but very cute town. | ファイヤーストーン・ウォーカー・ブリューイング・カンパニーは、アメリカではとても人気のあるマイクロブリューリーで、パソ・ロブレスという小さくて可愛い街にあります。 |
| Their campus is quite big. When you visit Firestone, the building on the right side is the Visitor’s Center and the one on the left side is the Taproom Restaurant. And the building farther back is their brewing and bottling facility. |
ブリューリーの敷地はずいぶんと大きくて、向かって右側にある建物がビジターズ・センター、左側にある建物がレストラン併設のタップルーム。 そして一番奥にあるのが、醸造や瓶詰めをする施設です。 |

| At the Visitor’s Center, you can taste fresh beer and buy Firestone Walker goods. The beers with red mark on the menu on the right side of the counter are not available at Taproom Restaurant. Since those beer are special, they are not available in growlers. So the only way to get it is by the pint or bottle at the Visitor’s Center! |
ビジターズ・センターでは、出来立てのビールをテイスティングできる他、ファイヤーストーン・ウォーカーグッズも買えますよ。 カウンター右手のメニューに赤い印がついているビールは、スペシャルビールです。タップルームでは取り扱いがなく、試飲ができるのはここビジターズ・センターだけ。グラウラーでの持ち帰りは不可ですが、ビジターズ・センターでボトルを購入することもできますよ。 |

| Also, you can do the Brewery Tour here! You can make a reservation beforehand online. (http://www.firestonebeer.com/visit/) The tour is less than an hour and usually occurs every hour from 10:30 AM to 4:30PM during the weekend and the schedule varies during weekdays. It costs $3 per adult, but a knowledgeable guide will show you the brewehouse and lab, and you can taste some beers! |

| Since the brewhouse wall is all glass, we highly recommend to take a tour in the morning during summer, it can get hot in the brewery in the afternoon! | 醸造所の壁はガラス張り。午後からは日差しも強く暑くなってくるので、夏は午前中のツアーがお勧め！ |
| The Taproom Restaurant opens at 11AM. The restaurant is very big and has outside seating too. Some items on their menu use their beer, even desserts! Firestone makes great beer, but their food is also great! |
レストラン併設のタップルームは11AMオープン。 広いレストランで、屋外の席もあります。メニューには、ファイヤーストーン・ウォーカーのビールを使った食事やデザートもありますよ！ ビールは勿論、料理も美味しくて大満足です！ |

| They also have another Taproom Restaurant in Buellton. We highly recommend you to visit Firestone Walker brewery when you visit Central California! |
